These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and neng4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino website accessible at https://neng4d.lat. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available through the neng4d platform.

neng4d operates as an online gaming and sports wagering platform serving users, including players based in Malaysia. By creating an account, logging in, placing a bet, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise interacting with the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register for and maintain an active Account on neng4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. neng4d strictly prohibits access by individuals below this age. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the User is found or suspected to be underage.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering in your own name with your own payment methods.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is illegal under applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from online gambling in your jurisdiction under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of neng4d or any of its affiliated service providers.

When registering an Account with neng4d, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time during the life of your Account.

neng4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before any withdrawal request is processed or before accessing certain Platform features:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document).
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot or statement confirming that a linked bank account, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or Boost account is registered in your name.
• Any additional documentation that neng4d reasonably deems necessary for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your Account. neng4d reserves the right to withhold funds pending KYC completion where required by applicable regulatory obligations.

neng4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are subject to change at the Platform's discretion without prior notice:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank (via online banking transfer)
• DuitNow instant transfer
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency (selected currencies — subject to additional terms)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and potential Account suspension. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. However, neng4d accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank clearing times, or technical issues outside our control. All deposited funds are maintained in accounts segregated from neng4d's operational funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability. In circumstances where a return to the original method is not possible, neng4d will work with the Member to identify a suitable alternative subject to KYC verification.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Where Bonus Funds have been credited to your Account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• neng4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation where reasonably required.
• Withdrawal requests are generally approved within 5 to 15 minutes for verified Members during operational hours. Requests submitted outside operational hours may take up to 24 hours.
• neng4d reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an unresolved dispute is identified in relation to the Account.

neng4d offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback programmes, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time the promotion is presented to you. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering or turnover requirement before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds may be maintained in separate balance categories. neng4d may designate the order in which different fund types are used to settle wagers.
• Bonuses are awarded at neng4d's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, amended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any one time, unless the promotion terms expressly permit the concurrent use of multiple offers.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploitation of wagering mechanics, use of low-risk coverage betting to fulfil requirements, or collusive strategies — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Referral bonuses (currently MYR 38 per verified referral) are credited once the referred Member has registered with the referrer's unique referral code and completed their first qualifying deposit. Referral bonus terms are subject to change.

All bets placed on the neng4d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question. General betting rules applicable across all markets are as follows:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User. neng4d reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds or prices, match cancellation or postponement (in accordance with sport-specific rules), or technical errors affecting bet placement or settlement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or live betting event, neng4d's records shall be the authoritative source for determining the outcome of any affected wager.
• neng4d reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market at its discretion, particularly for high-liability events such as EPL title markets, Liga Super Malaysia finals, or UFC championship bouts.
• Live casino games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, and Dragon Tiger — are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. The live dealer's ruling on any disputed hand or round shall be final.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RTP figures displayed for each game reflect statistical averages over a significant number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the neng4d Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Detection of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting) or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other users.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus offers, or artificially inflate wagering volumes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other form of fraudulent wagering activity.
• Using third-party funds, stolen payment credentials, or any payment method not registered in your own name to make deposits.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security measures, including penetration testing, scraping, or reverse engineering any part of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward neng4d staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the neng4d Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of neng4d or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform Content without the prior written consent of neng4d.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform Content.
• Use any Platform Content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, or resale.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform Content.

The neng4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neng4d expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

neng4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neng4d's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

neng4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether neng4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

neng4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the wellbeing of its Members seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We strongly encourage all users to set personal limits and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all neng4d Members upon request through our customer support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications after a specified period of active play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of your choosing.

neng4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engaging in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A confirmed chargeback or reversal filed through a payment processor in relation to a deposit made to the Account.
• The User is found to be underage or ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• The User requests voluntary closure or self-exclusion.

In the event of Account closure for non-fraudulent reasons, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via a verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and standard withdrawal processing procedures.

Where an Account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, neng4d reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which neng4d holds its international operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting neng4d's customer support team in writing via the contact details provided in Section 16.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may seek resolution through the dispute resolution procedures established by the relevant licensing authority, or through arbitration in accordance with applicable rules where mandatory arbitration applies.

neng4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a notification on the Platform or via email to the address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the neng4d Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
